Privacy Policy

Brown Barn will never sell your personal information. We adhere to all legal requiremennts to protect your information and take the protection of our customer information very seriously. All email addresses submitted to Brown Barn are added to Brown Barn's email databases and used to send coupons and other great sales information to our customers. If you want to be removed from an email list just follow the links at the bottom of any email list email. If you prefer we do not add you to our email lists at all please email us and let us know. We are happy to oblige.

Shipping & Delivery

The Brown Barn Company llc (Brown Barn) is a small, handmade skincare company located in Northern Wisconsin. We operate with a small staff. Most orders are shipping on Tuesday or Thursday and sooner during busy periods or upon request. If you need your package shipped as soon as possible please write a note in the "notes" area of your order or email us customercare@brownbarnbotanicals.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

At this time, Brown Barn ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Brown Barn ships merchandise to designated international locations, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. The Brown Barn Company declares and insures at full value, all related surcharges, customs fees and related charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.  

Brown Barn is not liable for product breakage in the course of shipping nor for injury sustained from product breakage. Open boxes with care. Occasionally a shipping will drop or damage a box with glass contents. Check your package for damage immediately upon receipt, refuse damaged packages. If you encounter a problem with your package please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, we will do our best to assist you in placing a claim or replacing product. Damage/replacements are handled on a case by case basis. Brown Barn reserves the right to choose to  replace, deny or refer for insurance all claims.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. 

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Brown Barn is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax

Brown Barn does not charge sales tax for merchandise ordered from states outside of the State of Wisconsin on this Website as it is not required per Federal law of the United States of America. Individual state sales tax based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped is the responsibility of the BUYER to report and pay to the state in which product is sold. Brown Barn accepts no liability for buyer's obligations in regard to sales tax.
